Silver Temple
Wat Srisuphan – Or Silver Temple is a located in Chiang Mai. It was constructed at the beginning of the 16th century. Almost everything in the temple is made of silver and aluminum. Incorporating all aspects of Zen, Buddhist, Theravada and Taoist traditions, the murals illuminate the story of the Buddha. It´s my favorite Temple in Chiang Mai and a Must See for everyone, except Woman. They are not allowed in the Temple. The Tradition says that Woman are not pure, because they can seduce.
